  • Experienced big rig truck drivers understand that they should not trail other big rigs too closely in bad road conditions. This reduces the likelihood of rocks kicking up.
  • Prevention is key and truck drivers understand that. For this reason, they normally park in protected areas.

Fog Lamps Covered Under Warranty?
I Recently Purchased A 2007 Toyota Matrix Xr And On A Normal Trip To Work Or The Store (I'M Not Sure When Exactly) But A Rock Came Up From A Semi-Truck In Front Of Me And Knocked Out My Fog Lamp. Is This Covered Under The Warranty?

sorry but it would not be warranty. warranty only covers defects in a part if it is a costly repair you can turn it in to insurance if toyota did warrant it for you and the region requested the old part for inspection and they do alot, then toyota would not pay the dealer the claim it is just like a rock hitting the windshield or a nail in your tire act of nature but you should have gave the semi the finger just kidding

What'S Cheaper Lexan Or Plexiglass?
For A Rear Window Truck Cap Replacement

Uh...Yeah. Coal and diamonds are basically the same stuff too. No wonder Olive's boyfriend is always kicking your butt.
Lexan is a far higher grade of polycarbonate than the stuff you see labeled Plexiglas. You don't use the stuff from Home Depot for fighter jet canopies. And it costs a helluva lot more than run of the mill Plexiglas.

How Much Will It Cost For A Sliding Window For My Pickup Topper? And Where Can I Get One?

You didn't mention where you were located but if you have a Zebar in your area they install them. All truck accessories places and all auto glass replacement places carry them also. If you want original equipment, you need to visit you parts department of your local dealer. Original equipment will cost at least twice as much as an aftermarket glass.
